Computationally enabled medicine
Course for third year medical students at Harvard Medical School—after they have had their second year clinical rotations—on how medicine is changed and informed by the use of computational methods. Includes problem sets with programming and cloud-hosted data sets. Also an industrial experience and project in lieu of a clinical experience.

Deep Learning
Introduces the basic concepts of deep neural networks and GPU computing, discuss convolutional neural networks and recurrent neural networks structures, and examines a few biomedical applications

Precision Medicine I: Genomic Medicine
How computational techniques can be used to accurately diagnose and treat patients with multidimensional and multimodal measurements.
