Students

Boston is now the most oppotunity-rich hub for students interested in the intersection of computing, clinical care and the avalanche of new modalities to assess and treat patients. Our lab provides students with the latitude to widely explore this opprtunity. But with great opportunity comes great responsibility: In our lab, you decide on which questions you want to answer but that means that you will be expected to find (with our help) all the expert resources you'll need. Those resources are plentiful in Boston. You'll find that we all have a lot of opinions about which questions are the most interesting and the best methods to address them with, but "student-is-their-own-PI" really is the underlying model. The students who decide to join us like that model but it's not for everyone. Students to date have come from HMS programs (BBS, BIG, SysBio) and MIT (CSAIL/EECS/HST).
